To remove a user the process is straightforward, but it is important to consider the implications for your business operation before doing this.
For example, if the user to delete is a sales consultant, we must consider that it is important to first remove it from the "automatic assignment" configuration to avoid leaving time slots with unassigned prospects. Similarly, it would be very smart to reassign all your prospects to another salesperson so that there is no absence in their follow-ups.
However, if you are already sure that you are ready to delete the user, we can continue and go to the Users section, located within the left side menu in Intelimotor. Once we have found the user we want to delete, we will click on the 3 dots that are on their row and again we will click on the "delete" option.
