How to add contacts manually?

1. From the left side menu, in the Contact Center section, click on "Mailbox."



2. Click on "New" to create a new contact.



3. Enter the advisor to whom the contact will be assigned, as well as the source channel and contact details. The types of contact information include:
  1. Name (Enter the contact's name)
  2. Telephone
  3. WhatsApp
  4. Email address
  5. Facebook ID.

If you want to add another contact information, select the "+" icon , and if you want to delete a contact information, select the Trash Can icon.




4. Once the data has been entered, click on "Create."



It is possible to add a contact manually and activate "Count first response time" to be part of the analytics.


5. At the end, a history of the saved information will be displayed on the right side, which includes:
  1. Date
  2. Hour
  3. The business unit that created the contact and / or modified the data
